Over the past 25 years, I've been deeply immersed in IT, working across the UK, Singapore, and the US. My projects have spanned healthcare to financial services, and my passion is in using technology to make a tangible difference. Whether it's driving Lean initiatives at IBM, building systems at CVS for Medicare, or crafting digital strategies at my startup, my focus has constantly been enhancing customer experience. I'm grateful to have received recognition from Startup India and Startup Karnataka for my efforts, which underscored the value of innovation and perseverance. Along the way, I've also shared some of my insights in two Amazon #1 Best Sellers, where I talk about resilience and navigating the challenges of the digital age. At my core, I'm all about improving things, working together, and driving results—and I'm excited about what's next!
